Who This Is For
Built for homeowners who care how the details come together.
A bathroom is one of the most personal rooms in your home — and one of the hardest to get right. Bad tile work, poor waterproofing, or a layout that fights how you actually use the space can quietly ruin an otherwise beautiful remodel. We build bathrooms that look the way you imagined and hold up under daily life for the next twenty years.
We’re a good fit if:
- You want a contractor who treats waterproofing and tile work as craft, not just construction
- You’re tired of working around a bathroom that doesn’t function for your household
- You’d rather invest in materials and workmanship that age well than redo the space in five years
- You value clean jobsites, daily communication, and a contractor who finishes what they start
If that sounds like you, a free in-home consultation is the right next step.
What We Build
Every bathroom is a different project.
A primary suite renovation in Eagle and a guest bath refresh in the North End are different projects with different priorities. We design and build for the specific room, the specific home, and the specific way you’ll use it.
Primary Suite Remodels
The bathroom you start and end every day in. Curbless walk-in showers with linear drains, dual vanities, freestanding tubs, heated floors, custom storage, and the kind of layout reworking that turns a 90s primary bath into something genuinely restorative. Most of our largest bathroom projects fall here.
Guest & Secondary Baths
Hall baths, kids’ baths, powder rooms, and basement bathrooms. Often the highest-impact remodels in the home — a tired guest bath dating back to the original build can be the single most-noticed update by visitors and prospective buyers. Tighter footprints, smart layouts, durable finishes.
Layout Reconfigurations & Additions
Converting an oversized closet into a primary suite. Splitting a Jack-and-Jill into two private baths. Adding a bathroom where there wasn’t one. These projects involve moving plumbing, working through walls, and coordinating with structural and electrical — exactly the kind of full-scope work general remodelers should handle, but many shy away from.
Boise Neighborhoods We Serve
Serving Boise and the Treasure Valley.
We regularly work in homes across:
- Boise — North End, East End, Warm Springs, Boise Bench, Southeast Boise, Harris Ranch, Bown Crossing, Northwest Boise, the Foothills
- Eagle — including homes along the Boise River and newer foothills developments
- Meridian — from established neighborhoods to Paramount, Bridgetower, and The Oaks
- McCall & the surrounding area — primary residences and second homes throughout Payette Lake, the Meadows, and the broader McCall area
Also serving Garden City, Star, Middleton, Kuna, and Nampa
Each area presents different bathroom realities. Older Boise homes — particularly in the Bench, North End, and East End — often have bathrooms in the 5×8 to 6×10 range with original plumbing routing that constrains what’s possible. Newer Eagle and Meridian builds offer larger footprints and more flexibility but come with higher expectations on finish quality. McCall projects bring their own considerations — second-home schedules, mountain-climate material choices, and tighter contractor coordination during peak season. We adjust our approach to the home in front of us.
What Sets Us Apart
Bathroom remodels done right — including the parts you can't see.
Bathrooms are where shortcuts show up first. Failed tile, cracked grout, soft drywall behind the shower, mold problems two years in — all of it traces back to decisions made before the finish work goes up. Here’s how we work differently.
Waterproofing as a craft, not a step.
We use proper waterproofing systems — Schluter or equivalent — on every wet area. Tile-backer board, sealed seams, pre-pitched shower pans. Not a hidden line item; a non-negotiable.
Tile work by experienced setters.
Our tile work is done by tradespeople who do this for a living, not by a general framer with a wet saw. Large-format tile, stone, herringbone, mosaic detail work — the layout, the cuts, the grout joints, all read the way good tile should.
Fixed-bid pricing, not cost-plus.
You know what your bathroom remodel costs before construction starts. No “we hit something behind the wall” surprises mid-project — we open the wall during the consultation phase if we need to.
Built for Idaho homes.
We factor the Treasure Valley’s humidity swings, hard water, and dry winters into material recommendations. Vanity finishes, grout types, ventilation specs — all selected for how they’ll actually perform in your home, not how they look in a showroom.
Owner-led, not subbed-out.
Your project is run by someone whose name is on the company. Direct line to decision-makers from the first walkthrough through the final punch list.

FAQs
Frequently Asked Questions.
Everything you need to know about our process, timelines, and how we bring your home project to life.
How long does a bathroom remodel take?
Most full bathroom remodels in the Boise area run 4–8 weeks of active construction, plus 3–5 weeks of design and pre-construction. Larger primary suites or projects involving structural changes or plumbing relocations run longer. We give you a realistic schedule before you commit.
Should I keep the tub or convert to a walk-in shower?
It depends on the bathroom and how you use it. For a primary bath, most of our clients now choose a curbless walk-in shower — better daily function, more accessible long-term, and visually it opens up the room. For a guest bath or only-bathroom-in-the-house, we usually recommend keeping at least one tub for resale and flexibility. We’ll talk through it during the consultation.
Do I need permits?
Bathroom remodels involving plumbing relocations, electrical changes, or structural work require permits through Ada County or the relevant local jurisdiction. We handle the permit process as part of our scope.
Can I use the bathroom during construction?
The bathroom being remodeled, no — it’ll be down to studs at points. If it’s your only bathroom, we’ll talk through options during planning. If you have a second bathroom, we keep the rest of your home clean and functional throughout.
Do you handle accessibility / aging-in-place features?
Yes. Curbless showers, grab bar blocking in walls, comfort-height toilets, wider doorways, lever handles — these can be designed in subtly so the bathroom looks beautiful today and works for decades.
How far in advance should I start planning?
For a bathroom remodel starting in the next four to six months, now is a good time to begin conversations. Tile, glass, and custom vanity lead times typically add 6–10 weeks before construction.
