Living Space Renovation

This renovation project started with removing the existing  flooring and trim work. We also opened the wall in between the dining and living room to make for a more modern and cohesive living space layout.

We moved forward repairing all the drywall and the space was completely painted with lighter tones to make it more inviting and bright. To put the finishing touches on the renovation we installed all new 3/4 oak flooring in the first floor and upstairs hallway, rebuilt both stairways with new solid oak treads and risers, and constructed a custom fireplace surround built in!
